These terms apply whenever you use dimensionxsolution.com or place an order with DimensionX ("we," "us," "our"), based in Columbia City, Indiana. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Made-to-order products

Everything we sell — gauge trays, blocks, fillers, and custom parts — is 3D printed after you order it. Please allow 3–8 business days to make your order, plus the shipping time shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during busy periods; we'll reach out if something is going to take noticeably longer.

The 3D preview in the tray builder is illustrative. Small variations in color, texture, and exact fit are normal for 3D-printed parts and are not defects.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Estimated shipping weights are just that — estimates — until the specific parts are weighed.

Custom quotes

Requests submitted through "Request a Quote" are not orders and don't obligate either party until we send you a quote and you accept it.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, the tray-builder tool, and images — belongs to DimensionX unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to use the builder to design and order your own tray; please don't copy the site itself.

Limitation of liability

DimensionX provides tools and parts for organizing gauges and shop equipment. We are not liable for how parts are used once delivered, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
